Energy

 

All we were was energy,

a wave,

a

flash in the pan.

 

They said

Go There,

Fight,

 we did.

 

Their energy

---------

flat,

broken.

 

Our energy

waves

of essence.

 

Energy

has reflectance,

deceptively looking like material objects,

sometimes looking like a rainbow.

 

Neither created

nor destroyed,

only

converted

from one form to

another.

 

Even as I posted this,

Flat out tired from

lack of energy,

running down for the day,

last night I thought,

Why not go ahead and try to say

what I have been trying so hard

to find the words to describe?
