Time…rerun

 Time

Time, I told you has no beginning, no end,

An illusion we teach our children, an illusion

We convince ourselves.

So our linear thinking side of our brains will feel like,

There, all done, or Got through that or has not happened yet

Or I do not have the TIME.

This is a good month to bring this up since most humans feel pressure

This time of year to buy, give, spend or otherwise celebrate the season

Of darkness for the northern hemisphere dwellers.

This is not intended to make your hair hurt or your brain to freeze up, but it might.

This is not intended to tell you something to irritate you or anger you, but it might.

This is not even intended to distract you from your stressed out life.

This is to give you another perspective, a change of viewpoint, a way to see the world in a fresh light.

A world without Time.

No minutes, hours, days. No getting through something.

As I write this I watch the clock, ready to finish, and hope to post tonight.

Will I have time?

Back to Blogging

Never posted music for Friday,

Missed several day of my usual ways,
Blogging and tweeting,
Researching stuff,
Music and radio,
News, special interests and fluff.

The modem, it died,
Like the music,
And then,
The technician fixed it,
My husband tweaked it,
And then,
My anxiety quelled,
I'm back online,
Maybe tomorrow,
My posts will be on time
(Wait, is there time?)

Time

Time

Time again on my mind,

and the ill conceived, strangely named:
Time Change (as if you can change time!)
The time change a shocking transition,
Subtle or not,
Like jet lag,
You must simply change the clocks
and
suffer.

most of the leaves have fallen
oddly mild early november. meg

Time

Again on my mind
Or is it all just in my mind?
This concept of Time,
The linear kind like they told us:
Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow.

The Akashic record, the book of days,
Is not like a book,
With binding,
A beginning, middle, end.
Introduction
Identification, description of characters, the cast,
Conflict, interaction, attraction, repulsion, neutrality, boredom.
Emotions, banter, conversation, embrace,
Letting go,  greeting new, always changing.
Conclusion, happy or sad or a cliffhanger...
How could it be written?

So instead of a book, perhaps,
It is like a crytalline soup,
Waiting for a string to form upon,
Starting with a strand and building, growing,
Turning into a proper crystal,
Shining, bright, with multiple facets,
Full of fire,
The colors come out like a prism bends light
Into a Rainbow.

Time

Time

Can't keep it off my mind,
Slipping, sliding into
2014,
Another year,
Another trip around the Sun.

We peel the days off the calendar,
Time adds up to days & weeks,
Months & years,
Lifetimes
Of various lengths.

If we choose our path before we arrive,
And are Born as a human,
We pick the time,
The era.

If we were here,
Before this lifetime,
I think about
Where I might have lived.

Egypt is one place,
Italy, Germany, Sweden, Bohemia are more
Places I might have lived,
In another
Time.

the speed of time

the speed of time

by the time you start to notice
time,
it begins to
speed up
or
slow down,
usually at an inverse proportion
to the level of human
enjoyment.

relativity by Einstein's descriptions.
to me personally,
a roller coaster ride sometimes,
a time surfboard,
a skating away on the thin ice of a new day (jethro tull's description)

Time was winding down,
Evening tiredness,
enjoying moments with
fred and our cat family,
time fleeing into sleep.

Morning comes with
fresh batteries anew,
Time to go back to work,
Hope it goes well for you.

Time will drag on doing a tedious task,
Our human brain tired from
monotony,
sameness,
as we desire more excitement and fun,
it is over again,
dragging until our next one.

Time (again)

Time (again)

It was not so much that I knew more about time or that I feel like some sort of expert,
to be truthful, I really know nothing about time.

That being said, my time lord disclaimer.
No Dr Who here.

It was some scribblings I saw that were done by ? was it my Grandfather Carl?
He wrote about Time.
Wish I could talk to him about what he knew, the paper so 2 dimensional, I wanted to see him, his passion. I wanted to hear him speak, and he died 80 something years ago.

or did he?

And that is where Time gets "funny" (odd funny, not funny funny).

As I ponder all the photos of the universe on the astronomy pic of the day,
what is Time in this whole equation?

Where are we all in the mix, we fragile short lived humans?

I still believe we travel on Time, and to me it looks like a parking garage, or a spiral spring, =(bear with me)
Which is where the deja vu thing come in.
Ok, you might be lost on this.

Time is established by human minds to explain where we are.
We need to catch our bearings, make sense of our surroundings.
We need a framework.

And I have to believe that we never get through things/challenges/difficulties.
Did you ever notice you can try try again and still get no different outcome?
Are you really farther along in time?
Or just on a different level of the parking garage?

And some believe reincarnation always gets better with age...
and I believe we are always infants and masters.

If this is too much for you to accept or assimilate,
just give it a little

Reading Posts

Feeling too busy to read all the posts of the bloggers I follow.
I will catch up. They are all such great writers and people.
They are documenting daily Earth life and who they are.
A living book or something I had a dream about-so witty it was, I lost it when light peeked through the window waking me.
Trying to spring clean which seems endless for being a new beginning.
Still wondering about the anal-ysts who changed daylight savings
the last time. Our VCR (yes we still have one) skipped ahead this morning causing quite
a discussion, wonderment, puzzlement until Fred figured it out.
It is so old, the daylight savings is on the wrong day.
Without spending energy on that foolishness, I might have had more time to read those posts.
Feel free to visit my favorite sites listed on the far right lower page.
Back to cleaning.

Time Change

The time change is just sinking in, as I hang on to the old time for a few more days,
until I just cannot resist the change any longer.
We rely on a schedule of time related events and yet
when forced to deviate that schedule by a legislative mandate,
We do not protest.
Instead, We grumble, groan, mutter, sputter,
have to pay attention, change all the clocks, find the manuals
for all the VCR/DVD/M-Wave/Coffee machine ad infinitum...

Why should time change, anyway?
Really?
It does not extend the daylight and it creates an enormous headache.
I think we endeavor to change too much sometimes.
Sometimes not enough.
Finding that balance, a human's source of stress.

I vote to stop the time changes. Leave it alone for one year. If nothing happens, keep it going.
Until then,
I have to turn in, the time changed.

Space in Between

There

Did you notice that?
The Space in Between?
The Pause, The Gap, the air we do not see.

Will you pay attention if I ask,
to the space in between
end and beginning,
and beginning and end.

Think about it next time,
When you notice a pause, a stop in the
conversation or the moment.

Was there something more in the silence you did not hear?
A hidden message in the air you cannot see?
And listen to the other signs,
Because the space in between is not nothing,
It is real.

Time is funny

Time is funny,
You know what I mean?

So much to do
So much to be seen.

Not enough time or killing time too,
And Trying to take time out for you.

I don't mean funny in a ha ha way,
I mean a strange perception,
That Changes by the day.

Some days drag into oblivion and then,
Some days seem to pass before they even end.
