My Celtic friend told me the difference between a Labyrinth and a Maze.
I walked the Labyrinth and felt a psychic cleansing of sorts.
A Maze is full of frustration, dead ends, no guided pathway.
I visited the Labyrinth at All Saints Church in South Burlington Vermont.
