New Year's Day
Here we go,
Over the cliff, you know,
20-13 is the year,
Don' t look below,
You might get dizzy
with no dough.
New Year's Day in the US
starts after half the rest of the world,
We begin the year with a day off,
watch football, eat nachos w/ beer.
If my poems lack luster
or fail to rhyme properly,
blaming on fatigue
and sugar and our new old cat, Girly
