Dark Thoughts
When the days get so dark
We try to keep motivated and
Do what needs to be done
Then we collapse in a heap like
The battery powered bunny
Ready for sunlight to peek from the horizon,
Begging for it to go higher
Then we'll be warmer
Our batteries will charge
These dark thoughts will sprout when
The garden goes in.
