|Artichoke Monkton Vermont 2009|
I have been wanting to tell about Thanksgiving dinner
where we made a really good dressing/stuffing (Thanks google and Oprah),
We wanted to add some broth and had some from '09 in the freezer.
We use broth to freeze some veggies like leeks and celery because they keep
better that way.
We forgot that in '09, we also did those tasty
and tiny artichoke hearts in broth and found one last container in the freezer.
Which made a very special dressing or stuffing as you might call it.
No artichokes this year even though the plants did OK.
Making that package of artichoke heart broth that much more special.
What a gift.
