Pluto

The farthest Planet

Or so we were told,

Until we were told it wasn't,

Now we are told that it is.

Always a Planet to me,

I had no doubts that,

That little icy rock with the cute name,

Is a Sister to Earth.

Waiting years to see Pluto close up,

The scientists ponder the images,

I imagine the probe will continue into nothingness,

It's Mission Accomplished.
