A Shadow
I saw it in the corner of my eye
Or more accurately, In my peripheral vision.
It was a large bird,
Very Large.
It was a Shadow,
Flying so fast,
Right by my window,
Where I packed a box.
I’ve waited all these years
To see the mighty bird 🦅
To fly by my window,
Now I wonder Why?
