Using the Adverb “Rather” makes perfect sense.
Promoting Metal Retention by saying
Gadolinium is “Rather Safe”
Is Rather Nebulous, Rather Unscientific way of promoting a Toxic Metal,
Rather cleverly.

This study reports - "The GBCAs are considered to be "rather safe", yet there are a number of papers reporting Nephrotoxic, hematotoxic, hepatotoxic, and neurotoxic effects observed in animals and humans."
