Long Nights Beaver Moon

Long nights, cloudy mist
beavers chew
and gnaw their
chosen trees.
Long nights, light through
Sounds are scarier
Cold is deeper
Can you hear the beavers chew?
Long Nights, Full Moon
Beaver moon
See the spikes
they leave?
Long nights
Splashing tails
They return to their homes
and talk about the moon.
